Choosing the right reformer Pilates class helps you get the most from your workouts and supports your fitness goals safely and effectively. Whether you’re new to the reformer or looking to advance your practice, this guide will help you find the best class from our offerings.
1. If You Are New to Reformer Pilates
No matter your current fitness level or experience with other exercises, if you are new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with Emma Lawson’s Beginner Reformer Class. This class is designed to help you become comfortable with the reformer machine, learn proper form, and master foundational Pilates principles such as breath work, posture, and core engagement.
Starting here will build a strong base before you move on to more advanced reformer workouts.
