Q: How do I know if I’m ready for an intermediate or advanced reformer class?
A: If you feel comfortable with basic reformer exercises and have practiced for several sessions, you might consider advancing to our Intermediate or Advanced Reformer Workouts. Our instructors can also recommend when you’re ready to move up.
Q: Do you offer classes for pregnant or postpartum clients?
A: Yes! Lila Chen specializes in Prenatal and Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes designed to support your body during and after pregnancy safely.
Q: I have an injury; can I still do reformer Pilates?
A: Absolutely. Marcus O’Connor leads Rehabilitation Reformer Pilates classes focused on safe, modified exercises to help you rebuild strength and mobility after injury.
Q: Are private reformer sessions available?
A: Yes, private sessions can be scheduled with any of our instructors for personalized training tailored to your goals or if you need additional support.
Q: How can I find the class schedule?
A: Our weekly Reformer Pilates class schedule is available on the Class Schedule & Booking page. You can view all classes, instructors, and times there.
Q: Can I switch between beginner and advanced classes?
A: It’s best to start with the beginner class if you’re new to the reformer, but as you progress and gain confidence, you can move into intermediate or advanced classes based on your comfort and instructor recommendations.
Q: What should I wear to reformer Pilates classes?
A: Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Bring sticky socks if you have them, or else we have a couple of pairs that you can borrow at the studio. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons that could catch on the reformer straps or carriage.
Q: How long are the reformer Pilates classes?
A: Most group classes last 1 hour.
